Tire Choice Auto Service Centers

Ran out of options cause my truck that I recently just bought new tires from were out of balance not once but three times. I won’t throw that place under the bus just yet. But Keith took me in on short notice and tried everything he could to get the balance/ alignment right. They definitely found some issues but due to driving on the tires for the amount of time I did, it was too late. They jumped through hoops to try to make it right. I’ll definitely be back there when I need to. It’s hard to find decent and honest mechanics these days, they do it right.

Ridiculous!!! Don't come here .. I had an appointment at 9am Sunday 5/25 . Guy didn't show up till after 9am. . First one here . And they helped someone else . 25 minutes later finally they tell me it's gonna take an hour for them to do a simple oil change .. you kidding me ? You guys think people are on your time? . Don't waste your time here

On 01/15/2025 I brought my 2018 Subaru Forester to Tire Choice, at 10050 Campo Road in Spring Valley, to have the front end inspected for a vibration at high speeds. They found a problem with the inner tie rods and outer tie rod ends. I approved the work and which was completed. I returned to Tire Choice near the end of February to complain that the vibration had returned. I was told they had no openings and to return another day/time. By mid March the vibration multiplied and started occurring in the lower range of speeds. I damaged my tire to a point that it was unsafe to drive on for much longer and so I needed a new one put on right away. Tire Choice had my exact tire available and offered to put it on the next morning at a fair price. When I showed up at 9:00 a.m. they were able to do the mounting and balancing quickly and then even did a complete look at other important aspects of my car such as the brakes and a complete checklist of safety items. The shop even took pictures to show me the various things they checked so I could see what they look like. All told it was a very impressive piece of work they did.
